This Privacy Policy explains how Studio Stage (Mattia Meloni) processes personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we process

• Contact data you provide — if you email or call us, we process the data you choose to share (name, email, phone, message) to reply and manage the enquiry.
• Server log files — our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, date/time, pages requested) for security and to deliver the site. These logs are kept by the host.
• Functional browser storage — the site stores your theme and language preference in your browser's sessionStorage. This is not a cookie, is not shared, and is cleared when you close the tab.

3. Embedded content & third parties

This site embeds video from Vimeo. Vimeo is loaded in Do Not Track mode (dnt=1), which disables Vimeo's tracking cookies and analytics. When a video loads, your IP address is nonetheless shared with Vimeo to deliver the content. See Vimeo's Privacy Policy.

The site also links to external profiles (Vimeo, Instagram, LinkedIn, IMDb, YouTube). Those services have their own privacy policies.

The site reads your browser's language setting locally to suggest Italian or English. This happens in your browser only — no data is sent to any third party for this purpose.

This site does not use profiling or advertising cookies. Should privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics be enabled in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

• Replying to your enquiries: performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Security, logs and delivery of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, then deleted. Server logs are retained for the period set by the hosting provider.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email met@studiostage.it.

9. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it); in Germany, the competent Landesdatenschutzbehörde or the BfDI.

10. Hosting

The website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which processes server data on our behalf as a data processor.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
